Event Horizon Films or any other partner, employee or agent associated claims no ownership nor first right of option to any original screenplay submitted to this. All ownership and rights to the scripts submitted to this contest remains with the original rights holders until and unless other agreements are made. All rights got to the purchaser, except the right to put purchased movie poster, storyboard, 15 beat illustration, or artwork into Ai(Artificial Intelligence) software, or image generating software as a reference for training Ai to produce similar artwork or as a means to fully render a simple sketch, or shaded line art. Other than that, you can post, edit, pitch to studios, or use however you please.
Refund Poilcy
All submissions for movie poster, storyboard, 15 beat illustration, or artwork are usually non-refundable. If you need the artwork to be done by a certain time please contact us through our about page before purchase, and we will email you a time estimation for your movie poster, storyboard, 15 beat illustration, or artwork. If rush jobs are needed, please contact us through our about us section due to differing prices based on our workload.
Conditions and Release
BY PURCHASING A STORYBOARD, MOVIE POSTER, 15 BEAT STORY ILLUSTARTION, OR ANY OTHER ILLUSTRATIVE WORK YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS. You agree to release and hold harmless Event Horizon Films and affiliated companies By entering your script, you authorize us to use any trusted third-party online and cloud-based services and databases for hosting, managing and/or transmitting your script file(s). The estimated time to complete an artwork varies depending on workload. We will update you with the progress of your purchased movie poster, storyboard, 15 beat illustration, or artwork. However, not every movie poster, storyboard, 15 beat illustration, or artwork may be done in a timely manner and may take longer (up to 1-12months). Rush jobs will be completed in the required time, but will need to reach out for a quote. Every movie poster, storyboard, and 15 story beat illustration is allowed up to one free revision; the revision can not transform the work entirely, or be too extraneous. The revision will NOT be accepted if a large majority of the artwork has to be redrawn. Movie posters will be fully rendered illustrations if the composition and subject are simple (ex. 1 main subject like a movie, building, or prop) . If the composition for a movie poster has multiple subjects or the composition is complex renderings will be done to the best of the artist(s) ability but may not be as fully rendered. You can NOT upload or use as reference any movie poster, storyboard, 15 beat illustration, or artwork that you have purchased from Event Horizon Films for Ai (artificial intelligence) software, or image generating software. You can NOT us Ai (artificial intelligence) software, or image generating software to finish a sketch or shaded line art of purchased movie poster, storyboard, 15 beat illustration, or artwork from Event Horizon Films.
